Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and operation of state-of-the-art AI applications in collaboration with customers’ IT and automation teams.
- Partner with sales, engineering, and program management to deliver AI solutions seamlessly to customer fabs.
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for our AI solutions within the semiconductor manufacturing process.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our AI applications.
- Engage with customers throughout the product lifecycle, driving adoption and renewals.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer success metrics.
- Work closely with product teams to translate customer feedback into insights for future AI application iterations.
- Domestic travel to customer sites, up to 40% of working hours.
