Case Manager, Special Processes

KARL STORZ is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Processes Case Manager to ensure accurate and efficient management of customer master data. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities : Manage customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standardsCreate, review, and approve new customer account requests and maintain existing accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrityIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance customer master data managementProvide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholdersRequirements : 5 years of combined experience in customer service and account managementBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceProficient in computer applications and general office equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications : 2 years of customer data experience, with experience working with master data and SAP MM applicationsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and WordExceptional organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detailAbility to work well under deadlines and in a multi-tasking production environmentWhat We Offer : Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureProfessional development and growth opportunitiesIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, please submit your application.
