We're seeking a Supervisor, Assembly Production to ensure the smooth execution of production schedules, oversee daily activities, and inspire our assembly team. This role is all about collaboration, efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Production Control to develop and execute production schedules.
- Supervise and mentor assembly personnel while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate with repair and warehouse teams to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
- Monitor and enhance productivity through metrics and corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and quality standards.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma (some college coursework is a plus).
- Knowledge of manufacturing practices and production control.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques a plus
- Familiarity with medical device quality regulations (ISO13485, FDA QSR).
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
