Job description
A licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of nurses, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Direct Patient Care:
Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Helping residents with mobility, such as transferring between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
Serving meals and assisting residents with eating, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
Monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
Maintaining a Safe and Clean Environment:
Keeping residents' rooms and personal belongings organized and clean.
Ensuring the safety of the resident's environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
Following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
