The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, customer outreach, and appointment scheduling to support our sales team. This role is crucial in building relationships with potential customers and guiding them through the buying process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound customer leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-ins to ensure timely response and engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track communication using the dealership's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and appointments are confirmed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
