Service BDC Representative
High volume Toyota dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking experienced Service BDC Representatives who are hungry, professional, upbeat, and detail-oriented, for our service center. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS. Experience within a high-volume automotive BDC is a HUGE PLUS.
Responsibilities Include:
- Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling an appointment to meet with a service consultant
- Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met
- Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded
- Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects
