As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Technical Program Manager, you will help our team be more efficient with our customer sales process. As the Program Manager, you will be communicating with multiple departments, helping resolve order issues, answering customer questions, and giving status updates on sales orders, etc. The overall objective is to ensure all projects/orders deliver the desired outcome in a prompt and efficient manner.

Karman is headquartered in greater Los Angeles and currently has 5 locations in Southern California, 1 location in Mukilteo, Washington and 1 location in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects.
- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives.
- Coordinating cross-project activities.
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
- Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Applying change, risk, and resource management.
- Assuming responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
- Assessing program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
- Resolving projects’ higher scope issues.
- Driving engineered solutions inside of cross functional teams during new product integration
- Preparing reports for program directors.
- Communicating with customers on statuses of orders/projects being worked on.
- Communicating with various departments and senior management to get necessary details needed.
- BS/BA diploma in management or a relevant field is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person)
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of various Manufacturing Processes, and CNC Machining is a plus
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and work with others .
- No travel requirements.

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
