What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Driver/Warehouse Associate (Mon-Fri) position at KarParts360?
Warehouse in West Chicago, IL is looking for a dependable, hard-working, and punctual individual to drive company van to make pickups from and drop offs to suppliers and assist with packing/shipping. No deliveries to customers expected. Interviews will take place on-site.
Warehouse expected normal hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
· The schedule is ~35 hours per week with some optional weekend/overtime work available
· Must have a clean driver's license with no accidents in past 1 year - a background check will be performed
· To be considered for the Driver position, you must be able to safely drive an Ford Transit cargo van
· Must be able to move quickly, lift up to 30lb and pack 75 packages per day
· Must be able to follow basic instructions, work with minimal supervision
· Must be punctual and dependable
· Forklift certification preferred but not required
· Outlook and Excel skills preferred but not required
· 401(k) offered after 3 month waiting period.
The position currently does not offer healthcare. We offer paid-time-off for major holidays. The position pays $18 per hour but can go up based on work attitude and contribution.
