Karuna Digital is a strategic digital marketing agency looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life across web and digital media. If you have 1-3 years of experience in web design, branding, and digital content creation , and love staying ahead of design trends, we want to hear from you!
This position requires you to live in the Kansas City area.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who understands marketing-driven design and can create compelling visuals for websites, social media, emails, and digital ads . An ideal candidate is :
- A fast learner who can self-teach and problem-solve independently.
- Passionate about branding, digital design trends, and user experience .
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Experienced with photography and / or video editing (a big plus!).
- Experienced in, and has desire to excel at, using AI prompts to enhance or create design elements.
