If you have 5 years of experience in digital design, branding, and marketing-driven creative strategy , this is your opportunity to shape impactful design solutions across multiple industries.
This position requires full-time location in Kansas City.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and adaptable designer who can own projects from concept to execution while mentoring junior designers. You should be :
- A strong visual storyteller who understands how design influences brand perception and user engagement.
- Marketing-savvy , with experience crafting visuals that drive performance across digital platforms (web, social, email, paid ads).
- Detail-oriented and organized , capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence.
- A leader and collaborator , able to provide guidance, articulate design decisions, and work closely with marketing, development, and client teams.
- Always evolving , staying ahead of digital design trends, AI-enhanced creative tools, and emerging technologies.
- Experienced in AI prompting to enhance or create design elements.
