Position Summary
As the Inventory Manager, you will ensure the smooth flow of supplies and materials to our crew members. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, storing, and tracking of supplies, materials and small tools. This is a full-time, exempt position located in Stow, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage implementation of supply and material inventory control systems.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance inventory management.
• Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies.
• Manage the storage and movement of materials ensuring proper organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Implement and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
• Proficient use of Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
• Teamworking skills
