- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation defense
- Investigate and gather facts related to cases
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and professional correspondence

- Request, review, and summarize medical and legal records
- Assist in trial preparation and courtroom organization
Qualifications:
- Prior legal experience, particularly in civil litigation, is required
