WHAT YOU'LL DO :
As a Technical Trainer , you'll be the catalyst for empowering Kaseya customers and employees through engaging and effective training sessions. You'll deliver live and virtual training programs, helping learners gain the technical expertise they need to succeed. Whether preparing users for certifications, crafting instructional content, or supporting new team members, you'll bring a spark of energy and innovation to the learning experience.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We're seeking a skilled communicator and educator with a passion for technology and teaching. Reporting to the Training Manager, you'll thrive in this role if you have a knack for explaining complex concepts in simple terms, a background in IT, and a flair for creating engaging learning experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Training Delivery :
Conduct high-quality, live, and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure technical accuracy and engaging material.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align training content with business goals.
Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases to create relevant, impactful training experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services).
Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Training certification (e.g., ATD Master Trainer).
