Concrete Finisher Foreman

The person hired for this position will be working with the concrete crew, which includes concrete pours, building and laying forms, concrete finishing, etc.

Starting pay is open for discussion and is based on level of experience. If hired, we offer a starting wage and then re-evaluate after the first 60 days of you working here. If you deserve a raise, you'll get one!

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. or more.
- Must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.
- Must live in the Duluth, MN area.
- Construction experience. Min. 5 years in concrete finishing.
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Be able to Lead & Manage a crew of 5-10 team members.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must maintain a professional appearance while working on equipment and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- This position requires lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, and using equipment such as saws, shears, drills, etc.
Responsibilities:
- LMA
- Pouring, and finishing all different types of concrete stamped, broom, and power trowel finishes.
- Install concrete to the prints and specs.
- Forming and site prep for the concrete placement.
- Complete daily logs of the work completed.
- Communicate with Site superintendent for equipment, materials, and man power needs.
- Calculate accurate concrete quantities.
- Properly train other team members on the best finishing techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
