Now Hiring: Field Service Power Generation Technician II
Location: Memphis,TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (On-call rotation once a month for a week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Power Generation Technician (Level II) to join our team! This role focuses on preventative maintenance, repairs, and electrical troubleshooting of large-scale industrial generators (4kW - 2500kW) at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform preventative maintenance & repairs on power generation products.
✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues.
✔ New unit installs & commissioning switch gear and paralleling (highly preferred).
✔ Ensure compliance with safety standards (70E, load banking, etc.).
✔ Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
✔ Provide excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience in Diesel engine repair (industrial ONLY, no small residential generators).
✅ Strong electrical repair & maintenance skills (HV/LV experience required).
✅ Experience working on power generation systems with minimal supervision.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-voltage systems.
✅ CDL License & DOT Compliance: Must be 21 years old with a clean 5-year MVR.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
Apprentice Certified Power Generation/Electrical Technician (preferred).
Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
Valid electrical certification & local driving permit.
Must pass DOT physical & pre-employment background screening.
