Kaspar Companies is a leading manufacturer of precision engineered parts. We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team, responsible for translating engineering drawings and CAD models into machine programs.
The CNC Programmer will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all parts meet customer specifications. Key responsibilities include programming CNC machinery, performing machine setups, and developing and maintaining an organized program and tool library.
To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in CNC programming, advanced proficiency in Mastercam, and strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and tolerancing.
