Now, we are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects from start to finish.

The Opportunity – Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member for the Construction Superintendent position.

As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing high-end construction projects. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate all phases of construction while ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

This role will interact with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, site personnel, architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Ideal Candidates – Construction Superintendent

• Have extensive experience in luxury construction
• Understand construction processes related to high-end homes on pilings
• Are proficient with Procore and other construction management software
• Have experience coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and job site operations
• Can effectively maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring top-tier quality
• Have strong knowledge of municipality permitting and inspections
• Are skilled in construction documentation, reporting, and closeout processes
• Are excellent communicators who can collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams

Exceptional Candidates – Construction Superintendent

• Are highly experienced and organized in all the responsibilities listed above
• Have 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-end custom home building
• Bring innovative solutions to complex construction challenges
• Have a strong sense of urgency and follow-up skills
• Have a proven track record of leading luxury home builds

Construction Superintendent Salary

$110,000 - $125,000 per year (Based on experience)
