Position Overview
A Marketing Graphic Designer in Real Estate creates visual materials that support the marketing and branding efforts of a real estate company. This professional collaborates with marketing, sales, and management teams to produce compelling designs that attract clients, promote listings, and enhance brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials such as property brochures, flyers, presentation decks, postcards, banners, and advertisements.
- Create branded templates for use in presentations, proposals, and other marketing tools.
- Develop graphics for digital platforms, including email campaigns, social media, and websites.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
- Design promotional materials for open houses, real estate events (such as ICSC)
- Ensure all materials align with the company's branding guidelines.
Digital Content Creation
- Design, optimize or color correct, if needed, images and graphics for real estate listings, websites, and online ads.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with video editing and production for virtual tours and marketing campaigns.
Brand Management
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure the visual integrity of marketing materials through attention to detail and smart design standards that is clean and concise.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Work closely with agents and brokers to understand their marketing needs and deliver creative solutions in a efficient timeline
- Ability to adapt to feedback and deliver revisions promptly
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and integrate innovative design techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) PowerPoint including knowledge of exporting and creating tables in InDesign for brochures.
- Knowledge of Real Estate: Familiarity with MLS systems, real estate terminology, and market trends is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and website content management systems.
- Creative Eye: Strong sense of typography, layout, and branding. (Very important)
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
