About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Patient Care Coordinator role that combines sales, patient education, and relationship management. As a PCC, you will guide patients through their transformative surgical journeys, from initial consultation to post-surgery follow-up. You will be instrumental in creating a personalized and supportive experience for each patient, reflecting our commitment to being the premier destination for facial plastic surgery. This role requires exceptional motivation, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile patients. It is critical to the success of our team and the continued growth of Kassir Plastic Surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Communication: Manage daily inquiries through phone, email, and text to educate and qualify patients for surgery. Conduct one-on-one consultations using proven sales best practices.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, empathetic relationships with patients to understand their goals, health history, and lifestyle, serving as their advocate throughout their surgical journey.
- Sales Performance: Overcome objections, educate patients about the surgeons' accolades, and close sales for elective medical procedures, ensuring patients feel informed and confident.
- Coordination: Schedule consultations, track leads, and manage patient records using CRM and EMR systems. Prepare patients for surgery, including financial discussions and recovery planning.
- Surgical Consultations: Collaborate with surgeons during in-person consultations, present quotes, and book patients for procedures.
- Patient Experience: Create an environment of trust, professionalism, and excitement where patients feel supported as they embark on their personal transformation.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in patient care coordination, sales, or a similar role in a luxury plastic surgery or healthcare setting.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to educate, connect, and close sales with discerning patients. Experience in plastic surgery sales/service is required.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organization, prioritization, and time management with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: A "people person" with the ability to connect on a deeply personal level while maintaining professionalism.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in standard office programs and the ability to learn EMR and CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Languages: Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay incentives of $150,000 annually, based on performance.
