Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone inquiries with finesse and professionalism.
- Manage patient schedule between multiple physicians
- Provide an unparalleled customer service experience to our esteemed clientele.
- Demonstrate a keen ability to sell retail products and promote our exclusive offerings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Discuss cosmetic consultations and cosmetic procedures with prospective patients over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Perform all administrative responsibilities to facilitate surgical and non-surgical processes, such as faxing, confirmations, consenting/form signing, calls, and checklists.
- Coordinate with hospitals and surgery centers.
- Schedule all surgeries, coordinating pre-op/post-op follow-up, facility, anesthesia, and other requirements with the hospital. This may include coordinating medical tests (as needed) as well as pre- and post-operative care.
- Schedule office-based and hospital procedures consistent with the patient’s diagnosis and procedure request.
- Communicate and anticipate the needs of the surgical patient.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Respond to both written and oral correspondence regarding scheduling changes/cancellations in a timely, accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to commute between two offices ( Manhattan & Forest Hills)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience discussing cosmetic consultations and procedures with patients.

- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
