Job Description:
- Proficiency in Clarity, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business).
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology and PMO practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business process analyses and develop business requirements.
- Create use cases and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Develop end-user documentation, standards, and processes.
- Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance.
- Support production incidents and troubleshoot reported application issues.
- Provide support for Clarity PPM application initiatives, including project reviews, reports, and annual planning.
- Test and validate changes, releases, patches, and upgrades.
