Job Description:
The Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager is a critical role within our organization, requiring a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points
- Design and implement tailored solutions to meet client objectives, leveraging expertise in commercial lines insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including carriers, brokers, and other external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, objectives, and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market developments to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: State Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Computer skills required: Applied Systems Epic Online Database software, Microsoft Office Suite
