Working under supervision of the branch manager or designee, and in accordance with established bank policies and procedures, this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of branch functions. This position’s responsibilities include:
- Having complete knowledge of transactional duties
- Performing a wide variety of customer service functions
- Having complete knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
- Learning and using all applicable bank software
- Occasional regional travel
Skills/Experience/Training Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent,
- Customer service skills
- Flexible, able to adapt to changing working conditions
- Works well in a team environment
- Fully computer literate
- Prior banking experience preferred
