A production operator performs routine tasks with minimal supervision, following standard operating procedures and applying basic knowledge and techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should be able to develop skills in multiple areas, read and comprehend specifications, perform basic math calculations, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe working environment by actively participating in safety programs and following all policies and procedures.
- Perform various production tasks using presses, gluing machines, sealers, laser markers, solder machines, and other equipment.
- Operate processes, changeovers, and setup according to released procedures.
- Read and understand assembly instructions, Device History Records, and Standard Operation Procedures.
- Provide feedback on production methods and product design issues to improve quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, lead, and supervisor.
- Maintain production paperwork, boards, or graphs.
- Complete assigned trainings on time.
Requirements:
- Proficiently read English, write legibly, follow diagrams/drawings, and complete documentation.
- Use measuring tools and test equipment after training.
- Focus continuous attention on work processes.
- Be willing to work overtime if necessary.
- Stand/sit for long periods of time.
Work Environment:
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including lab coats, gloves, ear protection, eye protection, and specialized cleanroom suits.
- Use calipers, microscopes, Go-No Go gauges, Leak tester, Pull tester, and Keyence.
- Stand for extended periods.
- No makeup, jewelry, or certain clothing restrictions.
