At Katalyst HealthCares and Life Sciences, we are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine production functions under minimal supervision, including the use of tools and equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner for everyone.
- Participate actively in safety programs.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure only a quality product is shipped to our customers.
- Operate presses, gluing machines, Doboy sealers, Belco sealers, laser markers, solder machines, filing machines, or other tools and equipment to aid in manufacturing processes.
You will be required to read and understand assembly instructions, Device History Records, Standard Operation Procedures, and all other documentation used to control our products and processes. Additionally, you will be expected to provide feedback on production and methods, product design issues, continuously striving to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
