About the Role:

This position involves overseeing the development of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Clinical Database Specifications (CCGs), collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that all data management databases meet the required standards.

• A successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The role also requires the ability to monitor outsourced data management activities for efficiency and regulatory compliance, providing feedback on vendor selection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in clinical data management within biotech or pharmaceutical/drug development.
• Preferred experience in vendor management and global operations.
