What are the responsibilities and job description for the Validation Lead, SAP S4 HANA position at Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences?
Responsibilities:
- Lead the validation team in a strategic, risk-based approach that optimizes legacy Computer System documentation, CSA strategies and strong SAP ECC->S/4 HANAconversion knowledge to successfully deliver a validated system meeting all project requirements.
- Review, approval, and processing of Computer System Lifecycle deliverables including:
- User Requirements, Specifications, Test Plans, IQ, OQ, PQ Test Scripts, User Guides. Fostering of effective relationships with implementation vendor and Business SMEs to facilitate and manage Functional and User Acceptance Testing
- Active engagement with Information System Quality Assurance (ISQA) and project manager to ensure compliance on this IT project.
- BS/Equivalent Training/Certification and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in computer systems validation, systems development life cycle methodologies and project management.
- Experience in leading complex validation projects with coordination of many different teams.
- Expertise in computer system validation, Good Documentation Practices and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation.
- Expertise in computer system regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong versatility of written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of requirements, technical solutions, and primary validation documentation.
- Microsoft software packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer, and MS Project.
- Veeva Vault.
- SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge of project management principles, and ability and experience to operate under tight timelines, within budget and to specified quality and compliance goals.
- Solid relationship and conflict management skills and ability to navigate complex, fast-moving, and constrained business environments in a self-directed manner.
- Strong work ethic, learning and change agility, operates comfortably and effectively in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
