The Job:
We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will provide overall service from pre-project planning through completion of the project. This person is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that includes all of the resources, time, systems, staff, financials, and risks associated with each job that comes in. This person will be serving both the sales reps and the front-line support staff to ensure the work deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Be Doing As An Operations Associate:
- Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and project objectives
- Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards
- Manage and plan multiple projects in accordance with agreed process flow and timelines
- Analyze project details: while using standard project documentation and determine an alternative method when required
- Assist in developing proposals and estimates for all projects that come in
- Oversee and advise on contract administration, scheduling, and costing
- Supervise project staff, risk management, and quality control from start to finish
- Create and implement necessary communication across all departments and coordinate all teams within the given project that you are managing
- Manage multiple projects and act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Establish budgets and project schedules within internal management systems
