Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director of Talent Management in creating a learning strategy for new hires, managers, and leaders, and creating learning programs for all employees.
- Implements enterprise L&D programs, including defining project plans, roles, and responsibilities, manage implementation activities, develops processes, documentation, communications for rollouts, and establishes essential success metrics.
- Evaluates individual and organizational development needs and goals through strong partnerships with business unit leaders and HR operations teams.
- Partners across the HR function and the organization to guide future development and learning opportunities to create new content and curriculum.
- Executes programs that focus on building leadership capabilities and behaviors, ranging from aspiring leader programs and manager essentials to senior leadership skill building.
- Designs and delivers learning solutions through a variety of mediums, including e-learning courses, instructor-led workshops, group activities, coaching, mentoring etc.
- Partners with HR leaders to create scalable learning strategies, building leadership capabilities, and creating programs such as employee engagement, performance management, talent review, career management, mentorship, and onboarding/leadership assimilation.
- Develops roadmaps to meet training and programmatic objectives (such as budget, timeline, stakeholders/resources, roles and responsibilities, milestones, etc.)
- Acts as an LMS champion, supporting cross-functional teams to utilize the system for team learning and collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel up to 20%
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organization Development, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 7 years of experience in a Learning & Development or related role.
- Experience in developing and delivering curriculum and learning programs from scratch.
- Experience facilitating virtual, hybrid and in-person training.
- Experience and passion for speaking in front of audiences and/or facilitating training sessions.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing schedules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.67 per year
