We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Window Washer / Pressure Washer Technician to clean windows, building exteriors, driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. If you take pride in your work, have great attention to detail, and don't mind early mornings or late hours, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform window washing, power washing, and pressure cleaning for homes, office buildings, storefronts, and more.
- Use pressure washers, squeegees, ladders, and cleaning solutions to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Follow safety procedures and handle equipment with care.
- Communicate with customers professionally and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to job site.
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Find and refer new clients while in the field and earn commissions on new business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with window washing, pressure washing, power washing, soft washing, or exterior cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions, water pressure settings, and surface types.
