Window Technician Job Summary:

Never cleaned a window? Don't worry! We're looking for positive people who want to provide a great customer experience and enjoy the outdoors. We'll train you on the rest!

What You Will Do:

• Complete exterior and interior window cleaning jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle our advanced, lightweight water-fed poles to clean windows up to 6 stories from the ground. It’s about getting those high spots clean without needing a ladder.
• Help our business grow by talking to people in the area, hanging door hangers, and letting customers know about the various services we offer.
• Take on more than just windows by cleaning gutters, using pressure washers and soft washing, ensuring our clients’ exteriors sparkle—again, all from the ground!
• Excel in a team environment—you will be paired with a partner to clean with every day.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Compensation:

• Salary: $18.00- $31.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: Tips, Sales bonuses, $10 for every Google review you collect (some days you will do 10 jobs—this adds up!)
