Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified mental health professionals, including therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet position requirements and organizational fit.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with local universities, training programs, and professional associations to build a pipeline of future talent.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including verifying credentials and coordinating training.
