Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proven track record in providing IT customer support expertise, and familiarity with IT service frameworks (ITIL)
- Demonstrates proficient understanding of network infrastructure, operating systems, database management, and security concepts.
- Demonstrates familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
- Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses experience in and advanced proficiency in research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with development and delivery of system training.
- Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven history in effective customer and inter-company communication.
- Prior experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
- Demonstrated ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
- Proven ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates proficient organizational, time management and follow up skills.
- Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve departmental and company objectives.

- Available for non-traditional hours when project needs arise.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support system maintenance and security updates.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field OR a minimum of four years work experience performing substantially similar essential functions.
- In addition to the educational requirement above, must possess a minimum of 7 years’ work experience performing substantially similar IT functions.
Desirable Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in a relevant technology service line
- Experience in leading company-wide technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks and best practices
