Manage incoming and outgoing communication in various formats (mail, email, phones, in person)
Maintain property maintenance through vendor relationship and office supply management
Coordinate company social events and assist in coordinating other company related events
Track and organize promotional materials and branded merchandise inventory
Process accounts receivable transactions with consistent and professional follow up

Process information from multiple sources in a rapid and efficient manner
Maintain a positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, and general computer processing proficiency

Process communication within 12-24 hours
Accounts Receivable collections

Education : 2-Year Degree in Administration, Business Management or Similar preferred
Experience : 2 years relevant experience preferred
Language : Spanish speaking preferred but not required
