We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) professional to join our team as an ABA Compliance Assistant & Client Enrollment Specialist. This role will support the management team by ensuring staff are consistently completing daily ABA notes in compliance with agency guidelines and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role will involve assisting with client enrollment and providing general administrative support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- ABA Note Compliance:
- Review daily ABA notes completed by staff to ensure they are accurate, thorough, and in compliance with agency policies and industry standards.
- Ensure that documentation meets regulatory and funding requirements.
- Provide feedback to staff and assist with any necessary revisions to improve documentation quality.
- Client Enrollment:
- Assist in enrolling new clients by gathering necessary documentation, scheduling assessments, and preparing client files.
- Support the intake process by ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system.
- Communicate with clients and families to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the management team with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate with the management team to help streamline workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
- Help track staff performance related to documentation and provide support in training and coaching as needed.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Assist with other administrative or client-related tasks as required by the management team.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
- Familiarity with ABA documentation and compliance standards.
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant role is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

Pay: $22.25 - $26.59 per hour
