Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Experience & Required Skills:
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, babysitting, daycare, nannying, or caregiving
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to work with children of various ages
- Understanding of childhood development principles
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous classroom experience in a child care or preschool setting
