What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metro Night Porter position at Katsam, LLC?
Katsam, LLC is a property maintenance contractor in need of a Metro Night Porter. The Night Porter/Driver works the 3rd shift, operates a company vehicle, and works as part of a team servicing Metro link stations. Cleaning duties will be accomplished at multiple stations throughout the shift. The duties include policing for trash and debris, track bed cleaning, hosing, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning and stocking.
FULL TIME with overtime opportunities. This position is year round.
Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour
Job requirements include:
- 3rd shift only - Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years driving experience).
- Valid DOT physical is required before you start
- Must pass Metro Tier training (FREE TO ATTEND)
- You must be drug free (all employees are tested and this also includes Marijuana)
- Attention to detail and cleanliness, and ability to complete paperwork
Job duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks at assigned stations.
- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored, submit issues to maintenance department.
- Report job site issues and opportunities for the customer
- 3rd shift only - Safely drive company pick-up truck
