The Resale Store Receiving Associate is responsible for accepting, sorting, and organizing donated goods while maintaining a clean and safe receiving area. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist donors professionally.
- Inspect, sort, and price donations per store guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and safe receiving area.
- Stock and rotate inventory onto the sales floor.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention policies.
Work Environment:
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
- Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to varying temperatures.
