Job Description:
Kaua’i Precision Cleaning LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable window cleaning subcontractor to complete a detailed exterior and interior window cleaning for a large two-story residential home. This job requires professional window cleaning equipment and expertise in working with large glass panels, French door sliders, and jealousy windows. Some areas have porch access, but others will require high ladders, scaffolding, or harnesses for safe access.
Scope of Work (Close Approximate):
- 15 jealousy windows (deep cleaning, tracks, and frames)
- 14 small panel glass windows
- 20 large glass panes around and for French door sliders
- Tracks, seals, and window frames must be cleaned thoroughly
Requirements:
- Must have experience with multi-story residential window cleaning
- Must have own tools, equipment, and safety gear (harness, ladders, scaffolding if needed)
- Must be insured and able to provide proof of general liability insurance
- Must be able to work safely at heights and comply with all safety regulations
