The Client Support Representative works under the Operations Manager to help coordinate, monitor, and improve the daily functions of multiple departments. The Client Support Representative will work with the team to create schedules, confirm appointments, procure material, and oversee project timelines in order to ensure the department goals are met.
Job Functions
- Process inbound residential estimation appointment requests.
- Answer incoming calls and text messages.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for multiple departments.
- Manage documentation, materials, status monitoring, billing, and invoicing.
- Manages and processes material and equipment ordering.
- Assists in project scheduling.
- Creates and dispatches daily work orders.
- Assists with the county permitting process and scheduling the final inspections.
- Assists with inbound client inquiries to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Act as the point of contact and communicate effectively with customers to identify scope of work and schedule appointments for the estimator.
- Maintain and enhance ongoing relationships with customers.
- Assists with daily communications.
- Any additional duties/responsibilities deemed necessary
