POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for experienced sub-contractors to play a vital role in the construction of our luxury homes. Sub positions available are:
- Tile & Flooring Contractor
- Specialty window installers
- Plumbing Contractor
- Electrical Contractor
- Painting Contractor
- A/V fully automatic audio and visual systems
As a 1099 Independent Subcontractor partnering with Kaua’i Bahia, you will enjoy a steady stream of work, no need to bid on jobs, and guaranteed payments. We handle the project management, permitting, and client communications so you can focus on what you do best—framing exceptional homes.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Material provided—we supply all the necessary materials.
- Travel pay for crews relocating to Kaua’i.
- Square footage-based pay—compensation based on the size of the build.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience as lead in field, with at least 2 years of experience working on luxury home builds.
- Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Experience building in Hawai'i is preferred but not required.
- Ability to relocate to Kaua’i (if not already local).
