Construction Supervisor for Luxury Home Builds

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the construction team, coordinating project activities, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations on multiple construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage and supervise construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and maintain documentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam or Pipeline is preferred.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, budgeting, project scheduling, supervising, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
