Overview
The Fort Lauderdale office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment, Healthcare and/or HOA litigation. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Independently manage a defense litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.Represent clients in a wide range of cases, including Labor & Employment, Healthcare, or HOA litigation.Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Superior communication, writing and research skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Superior Academic Credentials
