The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling law-related tasks such as motions, research, depositions, and court appearances on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Legal skills in Law, Motions, Research, Depositions, and Courts
- Experience in civil litigation and transactional matters
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in Florida
