Position Summary:
The Project Manager role involves estimating and proposing non-quarterly projects, managing one-off jobs and subcontractors, nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and overseeing craftsmen.

Role and Responsibilities:
Job Estimation and Proposal:
- Estimate non-quarterly KHM jobs and submit comprehensive proposals to potential clients.
Project and Subcontractor Management:
- Oversee all One-off jobs, including those for non-maintenance clients, projects requiring subcontractors, and jobs handed off by Maintenance Techs.
- Schedule job start dates and durations with clients.
- Supervise all subcontractors and craftsmen involved.
- Manage change order process and documentation.
- Assist accounting with job knowledge necessary to draft invoices and approve draft invoices.
- Compile through Jobber reports and invoice clients upon project completion.
Customer Relations Cultivation:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout project duration.
- Handle issues with sensitivity, resolving dissatisfaction or misunderstandings.
- Ensure consistent client comfort and satisfaction,
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential One-off maintenance job opportunities during project execution.
- Communicate maintenance needs to clients and manage final sales communication and contract processes.
- Facilitate the sale of additional One-off Jobs arising from Craftsmen work.
Team and Craftsmen Management:
- Manage craftsmen.
- Prioritize and direct their tasks, occasionally assigning them to KHM Maintenance Techs for specific duration of tasks.
