Kauhale Centerville is an exclusive Memory Care community. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a willingness to assist in various culinary tasks as needed.
Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff, contributing to meal assembly and presentation.
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave, clearing away dishes and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, demonstrating teamwork in a culinary setting.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and kitchen equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Familiarity with banquet service or catering operations is a plus.
- A background in culinary arts or food preparation can enhance your application but is not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
