Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team at our restaurant. The Busser will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including setting and clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires both weekday and weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities
Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed
Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors
Assist servers with refilling drinks and bringing out food orders
Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred
Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Ability to stand for long periods of time
