Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Planner/Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute engaging events that enhance community engagement, boost foot traffic, and drive revenue. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating unique, immersive experiences that align with our brand’s culture. This role will oversee all Corporate store events from Central Florida - Key West!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and special events (e.g., themed nights, live music, wellness workshops, trivia nights, local artist showcases, networking events, and more).
- Collaborate with local artists, musicians, wellness professionals, and influencers to enhance events and attract diverse audiences.
- Create engaging marketing collateral to promote events through digital channels, local outreach, and in-store marketing.
- Ensure seamless event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, inventory, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and event sponsors to expand event reach and increase brand visibility.
- Track event performance and provide data-driven insights to improve future event success.
- Work closely with bar staff and management to align events with business goals and operational needs.
