Kava Luv in Naples, FL is looking for one kavatender to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 7550 Mission Hills Dr. Suite 310. Our ideal candidate is attentive, enthusiastic, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare non-alcohol beverages (Kava & Botanical Tea)
- Interact / Create relationships with customers, take orders
- Have a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Product Knowledge - Be able to explain clear and confidently about our products.
- Present Menu to customers
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience in a high paced environment
- Multitask
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Keep track of Happy Hour and Discounts
- Upsell
- Keep Work Area and Bar Clean, Complete all Side Work
- Work as a Team, Have Clear Communication
- Handle Cash Register and Deposit
- Open or Close Bar by Yourself
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in restaurant industry / customer service
- Excellent Multitasking Skills, Memory, and Hard Working
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Available to work Nights AND Weekends
- Serve Safe and knowledge of second language is a plus
