Kava Nirvana in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a kava-tender to join our team. We are located at 12995 S Cleveland Ave 103 A. Our ideal candidate is an independent worker, with exceptional customer service skills, great at multitasking, ambitious, and hard-working, with knowledge & passion for the product and community.
Part-time
- 3-day shifts per week, plus occasional am or pm coverage for co-workers.

Kava-Tender responsibilities and duties
- Prepare handcrafted specialty drinks.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client.
- Keep the bar area clean, under the requirements of the local health department.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Multitask and maintain an efficient work pace.
- Marketing on Social Media.
- Brew teas.
Qualifications
- Prefer experience as a barista, bartender, and/or server.
- Excellent customer service and attendance record.
- Outgoing, self-starter with strong multitasking skills.
- Must have the flexibility for rotating day-night shifts and coverage of co-workers' time off requests.
- Must be on time for shifts
- Knowledge of Kava and Kratom and a love for the product.
